Introduction: The Chevrolet Chevelle SS represented Chevrolet’s entry into the hot midsize muscle car battle. The Chevelle SS was the high performance version of Chevrolet’s Chevelle, and had its own line of engines and performance equipment. At first caught napping with just a 327 V8, the Chevelle SS would soon sport powerful 396 V8s and eventually the most powerful rated engine in muscle car history, the LS6 454 in 1970. The Chevelle, along with the Pontiac GTO, remains one of the most popular cars from this era and with good reason. Its strong performance at a reasonable price made it popular on the street and at the track.

Easily, MOPAR!
1970 Dodge Challenger RT
tubbed, slicks
426 ci HEMI, bluprinted
MSD ignition
Bosch Platinum+4 plugs
Holley 1050 cfm 4 barrel carb
Edlebrock intake
Hooker headers
Borla exhaust
Eaton supercharger
200 shot nitrous
110 octane racing fuel (expensive but fun on the weekends)
4-speed, pistol-grip Hurst
Dana 60 axle, 4.10:1 final drive ratio
Led Zeppelin blaring on the radio.
The Mustang is a “pony” car, not a true muscle car; smaller frame and body, although I would probably put a Shelby or a 428 Cobra Jet or Boss 429 in the muscle category just out of personal reasons.
Remote Drivers Mirrors? When was this an option?
Why have these and ruin the originality but keep the factory AM radio? Also you don’t mention anything about gear ratios, which along with engine was the most important choice in a muscle or pony car
Nice cars though, probably in a video game but still theoretically nice.
